“Hold to the now, the here, through which all future plunges to the past.”
― James Joyce, Ulysses
Wake up!
Even though you turn off your Wi-Fi every day before going to bed you grab your phone.
Check the Insta stories. Check the news. Check your Insta feed. Facebook. Twitter. You are all caught up. Check the news again. Check the Insta Stories again. Make coffee. Brush your teeth while re-checking your Insta feed. Open YouTube. Wash your face while listening to an add. And another one. And another one. Grab your coffee and start your computer. Cookies. You do not care anymore. They can have your information. Check for updates on social media. Take it all. See something nice that you do not need. You do not have the money. Buy it on Amazon. Nobody needs vacations. Watch YouTube while browsing 9gag. Bring your empty mug into the kitchen. Need more content. Work. All hunched up in front of the screen. Listening to a tv show you do not even like.
Need.
More.
Content.
Sleep.
Repeat.
